Returns & Cancel policy
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. In case of returns, you will have to notify us within 7 days of purchase (NOT APPLICABLE IN CASE OF CUSTOMISED AND ELEVATOR SHOES); only then you will be eligible for the same. The product is expected to be returned by the customer to our warehouse by making sure it is unused and should be returned in its original packaging. In case, if you want us to arrange a reverse pick up, then a fee of Rs.300 will be deducted from the refund amount. The product will go through inspection and in case if it's received in a damaged or used condition due to any circumstances then the refund will not be valid.
Note: In case of refund, only the product amount will be refunded and not the shipping charges.
The refund amount will be credited within 7 working days.
We can exchange a product only in the event that it's damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault or the size does not fit. To be eligible for an exchange within 7 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In case of Exchange we will issue a pick up from your end, Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the product will be sent to you within 7 working days.
Note: In the case of accessories like belts and suspenders only size exchange can be done. Refund in this case is not available.
In the case of exchange, Fill out the Form and our concerned executive will get in touch with you at the earliest.
Products under the End of Season (EOSS) collection can not be exchanged or returned in any case.
Your product will be shipped on the same day after processing your order and it will reach you in 4-7 business days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 45A, 10, Barnaby road, Kilpauk, Chennai-600010.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs 3000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours on receipt and the updates for the same will be sent via Whatsapp & Email. Kindly be assured of size as there is no exchange or refund in case of International shipping.
